Choral Audacity is a new chamber choir advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within its singers and choral repertoire. It seeks to empower under-served singers of color and giving young pre-professionals the opportunity to work as professionals. It has created a safe-space for singers from diverse ethnic backgrounds to talk about their similarities and differences.

 

Within two years after its incorporation, the ensemble has increased in personnel, its audience has expanded to include more locations for rehearsing and performing, and its donor base has expanded, which also means the company's net worth is now at a sustainable status. By downloading the programs below, the viewer will see its growth under my leadership and the demonstration of my learning of the process of running a successful non-profit organization.
